The staff members were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which was perfect for our kids after a tiring day of activities. we loved the fact that we could use the Super Card to get discounts at various attractions in this city.

There was nothing we didn't like.

They could have improved the sauna area! The quiet zone is very loud due to the ventilation. The sauna itself did not invite you to relax. But the rest of the hotel is very nice.

It was a great place to stay during our city trip. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home immediately. Spent Xmas with family at a hotel in Austria. the facilities were amazing, providing access to a big playroom for children, and a Super Card that allowed us to get discounts on skiing and other activities nearby. the location was perfect, being extremely convenient for skiing, and the rooms were spacious with stunning views. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The absence of air conditioning was a major discomfort during the nights, especially since the room temperature was too hot. the bedding was average and could have been improved for a more comfortable sleep.
